The pendant is cast by hand in clear resin over a shaped wood base. Light-toned natural materials and minimal pigment are layered within the resin during the pour to create the even, pale field of the White Impression effect. Internal variation is subtle and reveals itself on close observation rather than announcing itself at a distance. The wood base provides structural support and a grounded feel at the back of the piece.
