Artisanal cloisonné bead bracelet, each sphere fired and shaped by hand in the centuries-old Chinese enamel tradition. The surface holds color with the settled clarity of ancient glaze: saturated, precise, achieved without machine intervention.

Cloisonné enamel work, known in China as jingtailan, traces its origins to the Yuan dynasty and reached its height under the Xuande Emperor in the fifteenth century. The technique requires copper wire bent and soldered into intricate patterns on a metal base, each cell filled with powdered enamel paste and fired at high temperature, a sequence repeated three to five times before the surface is polished to uniformity. This bracelet is made in the workshops of Beijing, where the imperial cloisonné tradition has been sustained without interruption since the Ming period.

Each bead measures approximately 12 mm in diameter. The bracelet comprises fourteen beads in the standard length, fitting wrists of 16 to 20 cm. The metal substrate is copper, shaped by hand and finished with 24-karat gold-plated cloison wire. The enamel palette follows the classical five-color scheme: lapis blue, copper green, white, red, and yellow, on a ground of deep cobalt. The bracelet fastens with a simple toggle clasp. Each piece is presented in a silk-lined box.
