In Hindu tradition, the seven chakras are the primary energy centers of the body, aligned along the spine from its base to the crown of the head. They form the conceptual foundation of Ayurvedic medicine, one of the world’s oldest healing systems, with origins in Sanskrit texts composed several thousand years ago. Each chakra corresponds to a distinct quality of experience: physical grounding at the root, creative drive, personal will, relational connection, expression, perception, and broad awareness at the crown. Each is associated with a specific color, geometric symbol, and element.

The set comprises seven natural stones, one for each chakra: red jasper, carnelian, yellow aventurine, green aventurine, sodalite, lapis lazuli, and amethyst. Each stone is individually engraved with its corresponding chakra symbol, a geometric motif drawn from the iconographic vocabulary of tantric and Hindu devotional art.
