The chakra natural stone bracelet arranges seven distinct stones in a single strand, each one chosen for color resonance within a codified system of traditional associations. It is wearable taxonomy. Hold it and you hold a centuries-old map.
The chakra system originates in early Sanskrit texts, with foundational references elaborated through Tantric traditions between the seventh and twelfth centuries. The seven-point model, associating energy centers with specific colors, elements, and states, entered mainstream Hindu and Buddhist practice by the medieval period and has been interpreted through Tibetan, Indian, and East Asian healing traditions ever since. Stone associations follow the color correspondences established in these texts: red garnet or jasper at the root, through amethyst at the crown.
The bracelet is strung on elastic cord and holds seven primary stone beads, each 8mm in diameter, plus smaller accent beads in clear quartz or natural wood to create spacing. Total bead count typically runs between 18 and 24. The seven stones, in order, are: red jasper, carnelian, yellow tiger’s eye, green aventurine, blue lapis lazuli, indigo sodalite, and violet amethyst. The bracelet fits a wrist circumference up to 18cm and sits flat against the skin without bunching.
