This mala is strung with 108 hand-selected amethyst beads, each approximately 8mm in diameter, on knotted cord with a guru bead and tassel at the head. Total necklace length when worn is approximately 90cm. Natural amethyst color ranges from pale lavender to deep violet within any given strand, with no synthetic treatment applied. The smooth-tumbled surface of each bead is cool to the touch. Total weight is approximately 65g. The knotting between each bead preserves spacing and allows for individual tactile counting.
