Where we ship

We ship to selected destinations where we can deliver reliably and where our compliance requirements are manageable.

Typical destinations include:

  • USA, Canada
  • European Union and EEA
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland
  • Israel, Japan, Singapore
  • Australia, New Zealand
  • Hong Kong

We do not ship to high risk destinations, sanctioned regions, or locations with a high rate of delivery loss, fraud, or customs complications. If a destination is not available, checkout may block it, or we may contact you after purchase to offer an alternative or cancel and refund.

Shipping origin

Orders ship from Asia.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Custom orders and some special items may require 7–10 business days before dispatch.

If your order needs longer than the estimate shown on the product page, we will email you.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. International delivery may take longer during peak periods, customs checks, or local carrier delays.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email tracking details once your order is dispatched. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import VAT, duties, and handling fees charged by your country or the carrier. Unless we explicitly state otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing can delay delivery.

Delivery address responsibility

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we can:

  1. reship the order (you pay reshipping and any carrier return fees), or
  2. refund the order minus shipping costs and any carrier return fees.

PO boxes and public addresses

Some carriers cannot deliver to PO boxes. If you ship to a PO box or public/commercial address, you accept the increased risk of delay or non delivery. If unsure, contact us before ordering.

Lost or delayed packages

Carrier delays are outside our control. If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier. A package is considered lost only after carrier investigation confirms loss or a reasonable investigation period has passed.

Damaged packages on arrival

If your package arrives damaged, contact support@artisandasie.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  • outer packaging
  • shipping label
  • internal packaging
  • damaged item
